Rabbinical and Cantorial Interns
Every year CBST selects one or two rabbinical students as Cooperberg-Rittmaster Rabbinical Interns, one or two as Social Justice Rabbinical Interns, and one as a cantorial intern from a large pool of highly qualified candidates.
Ari Lev Fornari grew up in Great Neck. He now lives in Boston and attends the Hebrew College Rabbinical School.

Guy Izhak Austrian is the Cooperberg-Rittmaster Rabbinical Intern at CBST. Last year, he was the Social Justice Rabbinical Intern.

The Cooperberg-Rittmaster Rabbinical Internship Program was established in 1994 by a gift by William Fern (renewed in 2000) in honor of fellow long-time CBST members and gay activists Irving Cooperberg z”l and Louis Rittmaster.
